Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos’ collection of luxury villas offers its guests the opportunity to stay in their own private villa with the facilities and amenities of a five-star resort. The ultra-exclusive Beach Enclave Grace Bay features 10 beachfront and ocean-view villas on 10 acres of manicured and native gardens.

While each of the villas has its own unique personality, the homes in the Beach Enclave collection range in size from three to seven bedrooms. Each villa has access to a private beach area in addition to a private pool, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas and multiple master suites.

Amenities that are included with each booking include: roundtrip airport transfers, dedicated full-time butler services, concierge services, daily housekeeping, continental breakfast delivered to each villa, daily oceanfront group yoga lesson, non-motorized water sports equipment (including snorkeling equipment, standup paddleboards and kayaks).

Daily pool and beach set up service is also included (including towels, umbrellas and sun loungers). Guests also have unlimited use of an onsite private fitness center.

For an extra charge, a private chef from Crave, a local culinary shop, will come to your private villa to create a customized meal onsite.

Beach Enclave also offers its guests privileged access to its fleet of boats which includes a 28 foot long Boston Whaler, an 18-foot Zodiac Medicine, and an Undersea Explorer (a semi-submarine).

Guests who book four nights in a private villa at the regular rack rate will receive a fifth night free through April 30, 2020. The Fifth Night Free promotion applies to new bookings only and blackout dates apply. Rates start at $2,950 per night for a private 3-bedroom ocean-view villa with its own swimming pool and private beach access.

In addition to the Fifth Night Free Promotion, guests will receive their choice of one of the following experiences from Big Blue Collective during their stay (representing an added value of $700).
