The National Weather Service in Milwaukee/Sullivan has issued a beach hazard statement in effect through Sunday evening.
Dangerous swimming conditions are reported at nearby beaches from Sheboygan to Kenosha and including Simmons Island beach in Kenosha.
Stong currents are expected and RIP currents are possible, the weather service says.
