Staff from Reuther Central High School helped out at Habitat for Humanity sites Tuesday as part of an annual back-to-school service project.

They worked on a house at 4704 24th Ave. and also helped clean up a storage unit at 3807 41st St.

Habitat for Humanity will break ground for its newest home at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 8 at 5503 23rd Ave.

In addition, a 5K run/walk to benefit Habitat for Humanity begins at 11 a.m. Oct. 19 at the Biergarten in Petrifying Springs Park.
